Sometimes, when I get too caught up in the nitty-gritty details of my study in astrology, I forget how beautifully simple it can be to raise my gaze above the treetops and see the forest instead of fixating blindly on a single tree’s roots. I think that’s what a Venus could do in it’s fall in Virgo.

It had this to say about Venus transiting the 2nd house: “Be careful not to invest money that you need for everyday living.”
I burst into laughter. The first thing I said to my mother this morning was “I don’t have money for the rest of the month”.
Just a week ago, I bought massage therapy gadgets (not dildos), leaving me with no money for the rest of the month. It’s rare for me to act that imprudently these days. My next salary is still 10 days away.
Thankfully, this served as a reminder to shift my focus from buying stuff to taking a walk in my garden and the forest, where there’s still so much to explore and gather. I believe Venus who’s actually travelling through Virgo will appreciate the collection of wild chestnuts, mushrooms, apples, and rosehips. And so will my body!
Oh and by the way, there’s is nothing wrong with buying dildoes under a Venus transit in Virgo. Especially if Virgo is ruling your 5th or 8th house. That would be wonderful!
