Boron – the importance of bone-build and cauliflower rice

This is a receipt for having more boron in my food. My mum told me about boron and how this trace mineral should be able to build up bone density along with K2 vitamin, magnesium, calcium and D-vitamin. She has osteoporosis, so we are working hard on changing our food now. Cauliflower should be high in boron.

Redwine vinegar salad dressing (looks like a bad stomach)
A mix of Cashew nuts/flaxseeds/chia seeds
Redwine vinegar and salt
Pickles (cucumber)
Grapeseed oil

Greens:
Pasta made of beans
Avocado
Spring Onions
Parsley
Lemon juice

Cauliflower-rice cooked with a pinch of salt

By the way, vinegar is not a part of the Medical Medium diet, but we try to find a balance to keep existing with some measure of happiness.
