Healing my UTI without antibiotics

I’ve battled chronic UTIs for over 40 years. Now, I’m finally starting to heal myself. This isn’t my first UTI blog post. I keep writing them to find the tools that have helped me. Sometimes, I stumble upon new helpful knowledge. My bladder is so sore now that it feels swollen and painful almost every day. I’ve got Mars RX on my rising sign, but that’s a whole other story.

The main thing is to follow this list from the Continence Center for Women! It’s sooooo helpful! I kept drinking soy milk without knowing it was the culprit irritating my bladder. I was doing everything else correctly.

To this list, I’ll add using Japanese peppermint oil directly on the urethra and drinking carrot juice and hibiscus tea.

So here is the bladder-friendly recipe (and yes, my food-photo skills suck, but this actually tastes good!).

I fried chicken in the pan and mixed it with green beans, and sweet potatoes with a little bit of salt, pepper, and a bit of olive oil.

I served the dish with spinach, celery pieces, red bell pepper, and a bit of grated carrot.

homemade mayo with garlic (the mayo should not be based on inflammatory oils).

Long term use of parsley and cranberries are awesome, but the biggest protection I get it wild blueberries and carrot juice.
