Last year I predicted three windows within when my grandmother was going to leave this planet. It sounds very unethical, but it’s more complex than that. There was a lot of suffering and our hearts were just breaking again and again. The windows gave some opportunity to plan the energy around it. Such as which days to stay all day at the nursing home even though both – my mom and I were exhausted and sick as well.
And because of the predicted windows, we were able to give Grandmother the best transit possible. This is also why I try to plan my year and why I’m sharing it.
And here you can see which techniques I choose to focus on:
- I use the mundane transits, then I look at them from the perspective of my natal chart: does it hit anything prominent?
- The Moon’s cycle
- My chart ruler and dispositors ingresses.
- Are there any new transits of importance in the secondary progressions this year? Moon, Sun, personal planets, etc.? Astro-seek.com has a really nice overview if you take a chart from your databank and choose the “Progressed Aspects Calendar“
- From my birthday I remind myself to change the focus to the new profection planet and house.
- I print the Solar return chart to remember the overall theme.
- I make sure to highlight very positive dates and aspects to create a focus around them and I write down supportive transits to the difficult ones. This way I can turn my focus into a positive mindset and make sure to “harvest” as many positive outcomes of potential lazy benefic transits.
